'Transforming a Treasure' is a 'coffee table' hardback commemorative book that celebrates the £197 million refurbishment of the Government Offices Great George Street. The building is located next to the Foreign Office. John Moore's text was also used for an educational film about the project. The book was produced in collaboration with construction specialist London PR agency NorthPage and Bullnose Design.
