“John Moore continues to make a significant contribution to Head Projects since beginning in 2006 - helping us develop our existing care market and moving us into related sectors. This has resulted in new business and he will be pivotal to our business development drive in 2010”.
Tony Birkett, Associate Director,
Head Projects Head Office, Eden Office Park,

“John Moore is like a Rottweiler. But he’s a very nice man”
This was the opening comment made by the Head of Property of a major private healthcare organisation. It was made to Tony Birkett on meeting him at Motorway Services Station. The prospect was constantly involved in UK & overseas travel and the best way to secure a meeting was to catch him on route to another. Initial telephone contact had been made over breakfast when the prospect was in Hong Kong. Exchange of information followed with John Moore actually talking the prospect into the precise meeting area of the Hotel site. Although the prospect was subsequently head hunted by a competitor, John Moore was able to continue the dialogue with Head of Architecture who recently promised the company a trial project in 2009.

“John was instrumental in helping us develop existing markets in 2009 and taking us into new ones in 2010.”
Steven Gosling Managing Director DSG Quantity Surveyors St Lukes House, Oxford Street, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 1JQ

“…since his (John Moore's) arrival we have carried out work for new clients such as Norwest Holst, Higgins, Beard and Rydon Construction. We are also encouraged with the number of discussions taking place with companies like Balfour Beatty, Laing O'Rourke, Costain, Dean & Dyball”.
